Hoo Haa Laughter Yoga invites you to laugh, feel joyful and de-stress. With owner Caryl Derenfeld, CLYL, CLYT, we offer the HOO HAA LAUGHTER CLUB, 10 East Hawthorn Parkway, Vernon Hills IL. 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month, (starting 10/4/11) at 7pm.
we meet at 10 East Hawthorn Parkway, Vernon Hills, on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. OUR FIRST SESSION BEGINS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2011 AT 7PM
Bring your laughing selves (and a friend or two) and join us as we laugh, breathe, sing and play together. People of all ages are welcome. Please bring your joyful spirits and smiles, and a water bottle to refresh between laughing.
